Returns Policy

Here at Moonrise Lingerie we love lingerie and want to make sure that our customers enjoy their lingerie to the full, we strive to bring you quality lingerie products with an excellent level of service. If what you receive is not the same as you ordered with respect to size, colour or style then you may exchange the item or have your money back, provided they are in the same original condition, unworn and with tags still attached. In the interests of hygiene certain products such as thongs, g-strings, briefs and hosiery are excluded from our returns policy, so extra care is needed to ensure the correct size is ordered.

How to Return or Exchange an item

In order to exchange or return an item, we must receive any returned items within 14 days from receipt of goods. Simply post your items back to us Royal Mail 'Signed For', and once we've received them we can either exchange the item or issue a refund. Before you send anything back, please make sure the item(s) meet our returns policy. Please include the following details with your item;

• Order Reference
• Customer Name
• E-mail Address and Contact Number
• State the reason for returning your goods
• Whether you would like a refund or a replacement

Delivery

Once we have received your order, your items will be dispatched immediately and you should receive it within 5 - 7 days but usually earlier. You will receive your order in plain packaging and you will reccieve a copy of your order. If we do not have your complete order in stock we will e-mail you before we dispatch the rest of your order.
